This integration allows renters to schedule a self-guided tour directly from the Zillow website or mobile app. By connecting apartment discovery with immediate tour scheduling, properties can expand their visibility and make it easier for renters to move from browsing listings to experiencing the property in person.
The process is seamless for renters. While browsing a property on Zillow, they can select a self-guided tour, choose their preferred date and time, and then are seamlessly redirected to the Tour24 app to complete registration and start their tour.
Leads generated through Zillow flow directly into a property’s existing CRM or PMS integration, just like other Internet Listing Service (ILS) leads. Leasing teams receive tour scheduling notifications, prospect contact information, and standard lead records within their system, allowing them to manage and follow up with prospects through their normal leasing workflow.
Integration is straightforward to enable. Tour24 clients simply submit the Zillow Integration Request Form and list the communities they want to connect. A Tour24 Client Success Manager then assists with setup and confirms once the integration is live, allowing properties to begin capturing and converting Zillow traffic into scheduled tours.
