Biography

As Founder and CEO of Tour24, Georgianna has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in the proptech space, having built and sold several businesses including EverGreen Solutions and AptBudget both sold to RealPage, and most recently Package Concierge, which was sold to Gibraltar Industries (Nasdaq:ROCK) in 2017. She is a member of the Multifamily Technology Entrepreneur Conference (MTEC) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) advisory boards and a founding board member of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) Education Fund. Georgianna serves as a Forbes Business Council Advisor and a contributing writer for the Leadership Network at Entrepreneur.com. Throughout her career, Georgianna has leveraged technology to disrupt and modernize the multifamily industry.

David Cohen
David Cohen

Chief Financial Officer

Biography

David brings both leadership skills and executive experience to the table at Tour24. Previously, he served as a Managing Member and Portfolio Manager at Midwood Capital Management. In addition to his venture capital expertise, David has experience investing in private equity at Berkshire Partners and later-stage venture capital at GCC Investments. He also worked at strategy consulting firms The Parthenon Group and McKinsey & Company. David graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was a Tuck Scholar.

President

Biography

In his role as President of Tour24, John oversees technology integrations and enhancements as well as vendor and partnership relationships. He is also responsible for human resources and development. John previously co-founded the Package Concierge, serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the property management software consulting firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in education from Indiana University Bloomington.

Biography

As a veteran technologist in the multifamily industry, Satish boasts 15 years of experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. He has a strong foundation in system architecture and design, as well as hands-on experience developing software for a wide range of systems. Most recently, Satish was VP of Engineering at Interior Logic, an industry leader in building scalable solutions to increase homebuilder profitability. Prior to that, Satish was Senior Director at RealPage, where he built a market analytics platform and scaled the team from 5 to 25+ people in just three years.

Biography

Dorota Firek is an award-winning, impact-driven marketing leader and partnerships evangelist with deep expertise in the multifamily industry. She was recognized as a CRE GlobeSt. Women of Influence and named the Tech Top 50 Awards as one of Mass’ top Rising Stars. A sought-after speaker, Dorota has presented at major national conferences including NAA, AIM, and others, where she shares insights on marketing, PropTech, and innovation.

Prior to joining Tour24, she served as Head of Partnerships at Knock CRM, where she built and scaled strategic programs within the integrated PropTech ecosystem before its acquisition by RealPage. Earlier, she was Marketing Manager (North America) for Optimizely, a leading global CMS and eCommerce software company.

Dorota is highly regarded for her strategic vision, creativity, and leadership, with diverse experience spanning healthcare, high-tech, sports, and multifamily real estate. A former professional beach volleyball player, she also brings a unique background in sports marketing, having led campaigns that elevated the profile of the national tour.

Andy Larson

Biography

Andy has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry that includes 20 innovative technology solutions for the multifamily sector. In addition to leading Tour24’s revenue team and strategic partnerships, Andy is also responsible for scaling the company’s reach and helping Tour24 meet the explosive demand. Most recently, Andy led sales and partnerships at HappyCo, a transformational app for multifamily maintenance teams. Andy’s dedication to progression and efficiency has helped companies grow exponentially, including leading the revenue teams at CreditRetriever, OpsTechnology, and HappyCo to multiple Series A growth to exit companies.

Biography

Mike Davis brings over 16 years of multifamily industry experience to his role as Chief Sales Officer at Tour24, where he is focused on scaling sales growth, deepening industry partnerships, and driving the adoption of self-service leasing technology nationwide.

A proven revenue leader, Mike has a strong track record of building high-performing sales organizations and delivering measurable business results. During his tenure at Knock, he served as Director and then Vice President of Sales, leading the company through a sixfold revenue increase and playing a key role in its successful acquisition by RealPage. Throughout his career, he has earned multiple President’s Club awards – including at For Rent, Knock, and RealPage – underscoring his consistent ability to exceed performance goals.

Mike’s go-to-market expertise lies in aligning product vision with customer needs, executing strategies that drive growth, capture market share, and improve operational outcomes. He is widely respected for his collaborative, consultative approach, and his ability to turn partnerships into long-term, trusted relationships.

Known as a dynamic and empowering leader, Mike has built and scaled top-tier sales teams by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance. His deep industry relationships reflect a long-standing commitment to advancing the multifamily sector through technology and service.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from San Diego State University. At Tour24, he is focused on leading the company into its next phase of growth and helping leasing teams deliver exceptional experiences to today’s renters.

Jesselyn joined Tour24 in 2020 and was promoted to vice president in 2023 because of her significant contributions to overall company growth. She has 14 years of multifamily industry experience; prior to joining Tour24, she was at CoStar for five years, where she helped lead her team to two awards for leading market performance and was twice chosen as one of the top 25 reps nationwide. Hayes is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A native of Massachusetts, she currently resides in Dallas.

With over two decades of expertise in the Multifamily industry, Jackie is a seasoned professional who embarked on her journey after graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in Sales and Marketing. Her remarkable career began at Apartment Guide/Rentpath, where she excelled as a Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, and eventually transitioned seamlessly into Sales Leadership as a District Sales Manager serving the Midwest region for an impressive 16 years.

Driven by a thirst for new challenges and experiences, Jackie embraced a change by stepping into the dynamic world of Start Ups, joining the exceptional team at Knock CRM. Starting as the VP of the Midwest, she swiftly rose through the ranks to assume the role of Head of Sales for the East, where her exceptional leadership skills shone brightly. Known for nurturing, training, and empowering her team, Jackie’s tenure at Knock CRM was marked by resounding success and achievements, setting new benchmarks in sales and team management.

While sales undoubtedly runs in her veins, Jackie’s true passion lies in leadership and team development. Regarded as a mentor and cheerleader by her former teams, she brings a unique blend of industry knowledge, sales acumen, and empathetic leadership that fosters a positive and productive work culture. Biography

Yinka is a multifamily property management leader with nearly two decades of industry experience and a proven ability to drive operational excellence through strategic vision, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a founding team member at Tour24, Yinka served as Director of Operations during the company’s start-up phase, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the foundational processes that enabled scalable growth. Her leadership helped position Tour24 as a trusted solution in the multifamily industry.

She later served as Vice President of Product Management, where she led cross-departmental initiatives to implement data-driven solutions that enhanced the user experience and strengthened the company’s competitive edge.

Yinka returns to Tour24 as Executive Vice President of Client Success following recent portfolio-level leadership in the broader property management sector, where she drove strategic initiatives, built top-performing teams, and led market analysis efforts. She brings a renewed, practical perspective and deep operational insight to ensure Tour24 continues to exceed expectations and drive value across the multifamily industry.

Biography

Ian Dyer has served as a product leader for the last 7 years in the multifamily and property technology industry. As the Product Lead for Latch’s access platform, Ian oversaw the development of OpenKit, the Latch Lens platform and helped launch new property management modules across the entire portfolio. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Masters in Political Philosophy from the Universitat de Pompeu Fabra.

Regan Hartley

Biography

Regan Hartley is a strategic advisor, investor, and operator with over a decade of experience driving innovation across multifamily and commercial real estate. She is widely recognized for building trusted relationships with institutional owners and operators, identifying whitespace opportunities, and crafting go-to-market strategies that consistently outperform revenue targets and accelerate growth.

Prior to rejoining Tour24, Regan played a key role in building Xeal Energy from an early-stage startup into a nationally recognized EV charging provider. As Director of Global Real Estate, she led enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, helping position Xeal as the preferred charging solution for many of the nation’s largest multifamily and commercial portfolios. Her efforts were instrumental in securing flagship clients, shaping the company’s national rollout, and elevating Xeal’s visibility in a rapidly evolving category.

She previously served as National Sales Director at Package Concierge®, where she helped scale the company ahead of its 2017 acquisition by Gibraltar Industries (Nasdaq: ROCK), and most recently held the role of Vice President of Sales at EnergyCX, a leading energy brokerage based in Chicago. At EnergyCX, she helped reshape how large energy users navigate volatile markets by introducing centralized procurement strategies, real-time market intelligence, and portfolio-wide risk management solutions.

In addition to her operating roles, Regan advises a select group of high-growth PropTech and infrastructure companies united by a shared mission: empowering real estate owners to unlock new revenue, reduce operational friction, and future-proof their assets through automation, sustainability, and resident-centric innovation.

Founders and investors turn to Regan to open doors to institutional decision-makers, refine GTM and channel strategies, and serve as a strategic partner as they scale. Her sweet spot lies at the intersection of real estate and innovation—where she helps visionary teams move faster, think bigger, and execute with clarity.

Biography

Erik joined Tour24 as VP of Product after managing Greystar’s owned-asset software and product platform. He has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate business. Erik has managed more than $1.2 billion in assets in Texas and New Jersey, and has extensive experience working in both multifamily and student housing. His perspective will be invaluable to Tour24 moving forward as the company expands its suite of products to meet the needs of the multifamily industry.

Heather Pietanza
Heather Pietanza

VP of Client Engagement

Biography

Heather Pietanza is the Vice President of Client Engagement at Tour24, where she leads the onboarding process for large portfolio clients. Drawing on over 30 years of multifamily industry experience, she has developed a proven, streamlined process that ensures successful client integration and fosters long-term satisfaction.

Throughout her career, Heather has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Property Management, where she oversaw portfolios of up to 14,000 units. She is a recognized expert in all aspects of property operations, with specialized expertise in ground-up construction and lease-ups, having successfully completed over 80 properties.

Heather began her career as a Leasing Associate while attending Arizona State University and has since built a reputation for operational excellence. She holds Real Estate Broker licenses in both Arizona and Florida.

Prior to joining Tour24, Heather served as an Asset Optimization Advisor at YieldStar Revenue Management, working with Performance Analytics and Business Intelligence at RealPage, Inc.

Lori Peska

Biography

Lori Peska is a seasoned professional in the multifamily industry, bringing over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in areas such as accounting, marketing, implementation, and client success. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of all phases of luxury apartment management, including both stabilized and un-stabilized assets, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Lori’s diverse experience spans multiple highprofile markets, where she has successfully supervised numerous properties across New York, California, and Boston. Most recently, Lori served as the Director of Implementations for Professional Services at RealPage, where she played a key role in enhancing client experiences and optimizing operational processes. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Lori earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. After completing her degree, she relocated to New York City, where she honed her skills in the multifamily sector. In 2011, she made the move to Dallas, further expanding her professional horizons. Passionate about driving success in the multifamily market, Lori continues to leverage her extensive expertise to foster innovation and elevate client success at Tour24.
